Returns & Refunds

At BLUE OAK STORE, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return most unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. How to Start a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
