  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout or via email.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order safely. Delivery methods may include:

  • Standard Ground Shipping

  • Freight Delivery (for larger items)

  • White Glove Delivery (if applicable)

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out for these deals.


4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.


5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.


6. Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and item.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll work with you to replace the item, repair it, or issue a refund depending on the situation.


7. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or inability to receive the package:

  • The carrier may reattempt delivery.

  • Additional delivery or storage fees may apply.
